HOW TO SPECIFY LOUVRES - SLIMSHIELD QUIET-VENT®

Supply and install Louvres - SLIMSHIELD® as manufactured by SOMAX.

Outer casings and blade splitters should be standard gauge 22 (0.8534 mm) of galvanized steel. Louvres should be internally coated in inert mineral fiber, moisture and insects proof, providing the acoustical performance as indicated in Table VI. The Louvres will colored finishing, and acoustic and aerodynamic performace certified.
