40dB Model – Metal

Metal acoustic doors, model 40db, are suitable for use in environments with moderate acoustic treatment, both to prevent entry and to prevent noise output. Made in Brazil by SOMAX, they are the result of 25 years of experience in various acoustic applications. These acoustic doors were developed by SOMAX in Brazil, with the technological cooperation of the largest manufacturers of acoustic control equipment in the United States and Europe.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Leaf: Single.

Frame: Special steel profile.

Seal: In the sides and top, magnetic seal with flexible plastic profile at the bottom absorber embedded or mechanical seal(optional).

Threshold: No relief, may be provided with inferior noise-absorbing or mechanical seal according to the needs of each project.

Hinge: Standard steel.

Door lock: Standard with key.

Knob: Metal standard.

Finishing: Galvanized standard and can be painted or coated under query.

Inner material: Phono-absorbent based in treated fiber glass with a special resin and controlled density to form an inert, non decomposing and not subject to proliferation of microorganisms and pests.

Optional: Display, spring, lower attenuator or lower mechanical seal.
