ACOUSTIC DOOR

46dB Model – Metal

Metal acoustic doors, model 46dB, are suitable for use in environments with rigorous acoustic treatment. Made in Brazil by SOMAX, they are the result of 25 years of experience in various acoustic applications. Manufacturing technology and all laboratory tests were developed in cooperation with the largest manufacturers of acoustic control equipment in the United States and Europe.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Leaf: Double or single.

Frame: Corner 50 x 50 x 6mm.

Threshold: Can be salient (Standard) or not raised (on request), in this case equipped with noise attenuator into the lower gap next to the floor to keep the acoustic properties.(see note 1)

Hinge: High strength steel.

Lock: Standard Keyless.(see Note 2)

Handle: Metallic high strength.

Finishing: Galvanized standard.(see Note 3)

Inner material: Phono-absorbent based in treated fiber glass with a special resin and controlled density to form an inert, non decomposing and not subject to proliferation of microorganisms and pests.

Accessories: Circular display, rectangular display, key lock, anti-panic bar, jamb at 90 °, safety device for pressurized environments, spring for automatic closure, special paints, not raised threshold, double door without central amount.

Note1: The door 46dB can be used as hermetic door, constructed with projected threshold, being able to use in engine rooms or air conditioning plenum, resisting the positive or negative pressure difference up to 80 mmca.

Note2: Special lock with key (must be requested by the customer prior to the drafting of the budget).

Note3: Special finishing and protection painting can be provided through specific budget.

Note 4: The double leaf doors can be provided with or without the removable central amount of 80 x 40 mm.
