ACOUSTIC PANELS SYSTEMS FOR WALLS

DESCRIPTION

The DS-90 panels are unique, patented and composed of a "honeycomb" media that absorbs sound in thousands of confined air cells designed to obtain the best acoustic performance.

COMPOSITION

Fiberglass layers, casted using high heat and high pressure, are arranged on each side of the "honeycomb" media to produce perfectly flat and smooth surfaces. The perimeter of the compound is reinforced and hardened with a curing agent to obtain higher mechanical strength. The result is an high density acoustic panel for interior coating, with structural integrity, high strength and excellent acoustic characteristics, very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

APPLICATIONS

The panel DS-90 is recommended for areas of high traffic of people.

PANEL DIMENSIONS

The panels are available with a thickness of 5/8", width up to 5 feet and lenght up to 10 feet.

SELECTION OF FIRE RESISTING FABRICS

The panel DS-90 can be coated with a wide variety of fabric colors approved by standards for flame spread tests [UBC42-2 (Corner Burn Test) and Class A fire rating].

INSTALLATION

The DS-90 panels can be installed with mechanical "clips" magnetic "clips", adhesive or Velcro.
