HARDSIDE - ACOUSTIC PANELS FOR WALLS

DESCRIPTION

The Hardside, acoustic panel for covering walls, provides a perfect balance of acoustic orientation and harmony of interior decoration, because the same fiberglass that results in noise reduction composes the stiffened face panels that can be manufactured and applied in accordance with what is required in terms of color, layout, design, etc..

The Hardside can be supplied with square edges, beveled, rounded, etc..

COMPOSITION

The acoustic core is formed by molded glass wool, chemically hardened, without resin, with a decorative coated face and perimeter done by a special cloth adhesively bonded throughout its extension to the edge of the rear face.

The Hardside is also available as a composite of two layers of fiberglass, with the external surface being a high density layer, forming a surface with higher impact resistance, suitable to be subject to large handling of people and the possibility of contact and collisions. This face high strength is also covered with decorative cloth.

APPLICATION

The Hardside is not only used as soundproofing walls, but may also be used as suspended Baffle in horizontal, vertical or inclined position or also as a lining for the ceiling.

PANEL SIZES

Hardside is available in panels with a total thickness of 1 to 4 inches, width up to 48 inch and a maximum length of up to 10 feet.

FABRICS SELECTIONS

The hardside is available coated with a number of special flame retardant fabrics with several colors in stock or any other non standard fabric, as long as their characteristics are previously approved by the manufacturer. The line of standard finishing fabrics is classified as "Class A fire rating."

INSTALLATION

The HARDISIDE can be fixed on walls or structures by T-clips, mounting profiles framing the edges and Z-clips as standard forms of fixation. For use in suspension, can be provided with hangers according to the position where it will be fixed.
